Mariah Meets Rylan is an upcoming Christmas special starring Mariah Carey being interviewed by English television personality Rylan Clark, slated to be broadcast by BBC Two on December 7, 2024 as part of the #MerryChristmas30 celebrations.

The special was first teased on October 30, 2024 on Carey's interview with the Los Angeles Times, where it was reported that the interview took place "at a rented Bel-Air mansion fully decked out for a BBC holiday special."[1]
On November 19, 2024, Mariah Meets Rylan was officially announced. According to the BBC press release, the special, taped in Los Angeles, will feature Clark quizzing Carey on "life, music, and [...] the festive season." Carey will also discuss the conception of the melody for "Hero", the jobs she had before she was famous, Top of the Pops, her inspirations and the 30th anniversary of both "All I Want for Christmas Is You" and Merry Christmas.
Following the special, BBC Two will also air a newly extended edition of 2022's Mariah Carey at the BBC.[2]
