The Mariah Experience is an exhibit hosted by Mariah to promote her new album Caution. The exhibit is hosted in New York and fans had the ability to purchase the album and view Instagrammable photo setups, multimedia displays, memorabilia, and purchase merchandise from a pop-up shop. Visitors can even view outfits she has worn throughout her career & get limited edition pins from a vending machine!

On the day of the album's release, Mariah signed copies of the album.
