Caution World Tour was the eleventh concert tour by American singer and songwriter Mariah Carey in supportof her fifteenth studio album Caution. The tour kicked off in Dallas on February 27th at the Toyota Music Factory

• "Portrait" was performed in Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Louisville and Atlantic City, between "My All" and "Vision of Love."
• Da Brat joined Carey during the performances of "Always Be My Baby" and "Heartbreaker" in Atlanta and Oxon Hill.
• "With You" was performed in Dallas, Houston, Biloxi, Atlanta, Louisville, Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, St. Louis, New York City, Boston and Wallingford, before "Hero."
• "Vision of Love" was not performed in Toronto.
• "Vision of Love" was replaced by "Love Takes Time" in Orillia, Buffalo, Oxon Hill, Boston, Philadelphia, Wallingford, Bethlehem, Dublin, London, Paris, Hamburg, Aalborg and Barcelona.
• "8th Grade" was replaced by "Giving Me Life" in New York City. Slick Rick and Blood Orange joined Carey onstage to perform the song.
• "Stay Long Love You" was replaced by a performance of "La Di Da Di" by Slick Rick in New York City.

• "Endless Love" was performed on all London shows, between "Fantasy" and "Always Be My Baby." Trey Lorenz joined Carey onstage to perform the song.
• A snippet of "Music Box" was performed on the third London show, before "Anytime You Need a Friend."
• "Fly Like a Bird" was performed in Paris, between "Fantasy" and "Always Be My Baby."
